Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Welcome to Rules of Adventure Travel. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rulesofadventure.com (the “Website”) and your interactions with Rules of Adventure Travel, LLC (“Rules of Adventure Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Website.

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About our services

Rules of Adventure Travel provides travel-advising and planning services for individuals and groups. The Website offers information about our services and ways to contact us. Sending an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not, by itself, create a client relationship, confirm a reservation, or guarantee that a particular price, amenity, or travel arrangement is available.

Any proposal, itinerary, quote, or recommendation is subject to change until the applicable reservation is confirmed. Specific travel arrangements may be subject to additional terms from hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, insurers, or other travel suppliers.

2. Planning fees and bookings

We will tell you whether a planning fee applies before beginning fee-based planning work. The amount, scope of services, payment terms, and any applicable refund terms will be provided separately for your review.

Travel prices, deposits, final-payment deadlines, change fees, cancellation rules, and refund eligibility depend on the applicable supplier and booking. Please review the terms provided for each travel component before authorizing a purchase. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable supplier or booking provider issues confirmation.

3. Your responsibilities

When requesting travel services, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including traveler names and any needs that may affect planning. You are responsible for reviewing proposals and confirmations and promptly notifying us of errors.

You are also responsible for checking the passport, visa, identification, health, accessibility, and other entry or travel requirements that apply to your trip. We can help you identify questions to ask and resources to consult, but requirements can change and the relevant authorities and suppliers make the final determinations.

4. Third-party services

The Website may link to, or direct you to, websites, forms, booking tools, or services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their websites or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or performance.

Travel suppliers are responsible for providing the transportation, accommodations, activities, or other products they operate, subject to their terms and applicable law. If a disruption occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to help you communicate with the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

5. Website content and permitted use

The text, images, branding, and other original materials on the Website belong to Rules of Adventure Travel or are used with permission. You may view and use the Website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to learning about or requesting our services. You may not copy, republish, or commercially use Website materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

You agree not to interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. If you provide information through a third-party form or booking platform, that provider’s privacy practices may also apply.

7. No guarantee of uninterrupted access

We work to keep the Website useful and accurate, but provide it on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be accessible, error-free, or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties relating to the Website that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rules of Adventure Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This section addresses the Website. Any terms governing paid planning services or a particular booking will be provided separately where applicable.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Website and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law and questions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you have a concern about the Website, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
