International Adventures

International travel with kids doesn’t have to be stressful, confusing, or wildly expensive. My International Adventures planning is all about creating safe, meaningful, and manageable trips—especially for families experiencing their first journey abroad.

I help you choose the right destination, stay within a budget you’re comfortable with, and build a kid-friendly itinerary that feels exciting instead of overwhelming. You bring the curiosity and the passports—I’ll bring the plan, the peace of mind, and the support from start to finish.

How do you plan international trips with families?

  • We’ll talk about your family’s travel experience (including if this is your very first international trip), what excites you, and what worries you. You set a realistic budget, and I design your trip to fit within it—no pressure to overspend.

  • I’ll recommend destinations that are safe, family-friendly, and manageable for your kids’ ages and your experience level. We’ll consider flight time, jet lag, language, pace, and how “adventurous” you want this first trip to feel.

  • No exhausting, overpacked schedules here. I build a balanced plan with big highlights, built-in downtime, and age-appropriate activities—ensuring everyone has fun and nobody melts down from doing too much.

  • Flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and travel insurance are all coordinated for you. I also help you understand passport and entry requirements, basic safety tips, and what to expect so you never feel unprepared.

  • You’ll receive an easy-to-follow digital itinerary with confirmations, maps, and simple daily plans. Everything is laid out so you’re not guessing or Googling at the last minute.

  • If questions or hiccups pop up, I’m just a message away. You won’t be left on your own in another country trying to figure out what to do next.
